Backup Library

I'm in the middle of reinstalling Logos 5 on my MBP. Is there a way to completely backup my library to a usb drive so that I don't have to download the whole thing over the internet again.... There has to be a better way. I'm waiting for 12GB to download. Sad If there is then how would you restore the library too?
