Dragging notes onto Favorites

Before the last update I have always been able to drag notes to my favorites area or move notes around by dragging them in my favorites. Seems to not work anymore? What has happened? Seems I also cannot drag my note to dock it other than where it is currently docked either.

I've just tried this and it works fine.
I am running on Windows - what OS are you running on?

WIndows 8, but it seems to have been a issue that a reboot seems to have resolved. Restarting logos did not resolve but after checking with a co-worker who also has logos and his did not have any issues I figured I would try a reboot and that seems to have cleared it up.
