It told me that 900 of my resources has been updated?!! That is insane. Never had that many get updated all at once. Was wondering if anyone else too?
Yes, I had about 1078 resources update. Looks like this was an update to the Perseus Collection based on my perusal of the list.

No, Logos won't update hidden resources.

You could always call Logos and ask them to lock the licenses on your account. This is a great option if you don't want ANY of the books, or if you only want certain collections. (I have the Civil War collection, but none of the others).

Unfortunately, there are about a half-dozen resources in the collection that I have used in the past, and would probably use again. So for the price of the inconvenience of hiding six- or seven-hundred books, I get to use these for free.
I decided to check for myself before I got your response, and I verified what you said. Here's what updated (the few Perseus resources I kept, plus a couple other things):
My library currently has 2284 resources, and the indexing took exactly 30 minutes and 2 seconds. That's bearable, if not fun.
