I got the MAC software, but the LOGS 4 library does not load, it asks for the Serial Number for LOGS 4, and I cant find it. It is not on the box, and cant find it on my PC version.

Welcome to the forums! Two options:
1. If you have a login for your account on the Logos website, I suggest going onto your order history to see if your serial number is there.
2. Failing that, I'm going to guess that you are going to have to call Logos for this. Strange!
