Right-click search functions not available during indexing (Logos 5.1a SR-1 on Windows 8)

I have just noticed (not sure if I have tried to do this before) that the "search this resource", "search all open resources", etc options are not available while rebuilding the index.

I know some search functions don't work properly during indexing but I didn't know these options were not available. Has it always been like this?

I was doing a full "Rebuild Index" at the time.

Yes; if you're performing a full "rebuild index" (that deletes the existing index), the commands will be unavailable.

If you're performing a regular index (indexing new/updated resources, then merging them into the main index; this is the default), the commands will be available and will run on the "old" index.
