misc bugs with latest update: lost logos icon; lost verse citatations

seem to have lost the logos icon on the task bar and the start menu for windows. anyone else have this problem? also, copying and pasting Bible passages doesn't give the verse in the citation.

You can easily "pin" it again (assuming you can still start Logos).

Windows 8 doesn't have a Start Menu - but what version of Windows are you running?

I have Windows 7. Logos starts fine. I see an icon for Logos on the taskbar, but it seems to be a generic task icon.
It used to be that when I copied and pasted a passage from, say, NIV84 into Word, the book and verses would be included in the citation. Was I just imagining this? For example, here is a copy and paste from the tniv:
16For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Once started, unpin Logos and then pin it.

Choose a Citation Style that does it (from Tools >> Program Settings).

Thx, very helpful. As far as the citation style, is there a way to differentiate between a Bible citation vs. other references?
