It's in the Samuel Rutherford Collection: http://www.logos.com/product/25194/samuel-rutherford-collection#001

I'm guessing the 3rd volume of various authors was originally a part of the set with the Gillespie works, and so Logos is including it to properly represent the original work.

Thanks. I searched for it but could not find it. I already have this collection so it is not as exciting news for me but good for other folks.
