Printing with Logos 5 - Missing "properties" button

Hey, I just upgraded to Logos 5.  I've searched the forums looking for related posts and came up with nothing.  So here's my situation:

---------------------------------------------------

Logos 5.1a SR-1 (5.1.1.0600)

Mac Mini 2.3 GHz Core i7 with 16 GB ram

Running MacOS 10.8.4

----------------------------------------------------

I print to a Konica-Minolta C280 color copier through the network.  This particular printer is set up to require user authentication.  Not a problem, because I can use the presets feature of the Print dialogue box within MacOS to save the various print configurations I use most often.

However, I cannot access this Print dialog box from within Logos.  I've seen screen shots where, in the top right corner of Print/Export window, there's a little button or link that says "properties".  But that doesn't show up on my machine.

I can always export to Word or PDF, but really, these are extra steps that shouldn't be required with software of this caliber.  I love Logos, but there has to be a way to access print settings...  anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Tim.

Gloucester, MA.

That Properties box should show. Contact Logos Support if you don't receive an acknowledgement here.

Your computer may not recognize the Konica-Minolta as the installed or default printer. From your description the computer thinks the printer is generic. Suggest you either go to Devices and Printers and choose the Konica-Minolta as default or if it isn't there, install it.

Bob -- thanks for the reply.

I went into the Print & Scan settings, and changed the settings so that my C280 is now the default printer (the previous setting was for the default printer to be the last printer used).  With that change made, I went back and restarted Logos in case that was necessary.  But it did not provide the "properties" button I was hoping for.  Thanks for the suggestion, though...
