Live Feed for Forum Posts?

Is there a place to get a live feed on forum posts?

Not that I can answer all the questions, but I'm curious how fast they come and how some of the MVPs keep up so well. I get tired of refreshing the forums home page.

There is an RSS link near the bottom of the forum pages:

Under 'Shortcuts' at the top right of the Forum Home page, you will find both RSS feeds and e-mail subscriptions.

Yeah, it didn't take long to figure that out.
