I'm sorry for the trouble. It looks like your indexer is corrupt. Even though it is in reference to problems with the indexer crashing, please follow the instructions for indexing errors here http://www.logos.com/indexing.

Is step 1 to start the program? The program never opens. It crashes before I can get in.
Please delete the following folder, then restart Logos 5:
C:\Users\Brian\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\voduuxfy.l0y\PersonalBookIndex
