Crash at Opening

I am installing Logos 5 on Windows 8. It crashes during the Library indexing.81351.Logos Log Files.zip

Hi Brian,

I'm sorry for the trouble. It looks like your indexer is corrupt. Even though it is in reference to problems with the indexer crashing, please follow the instructions for indexing errors here http://www.logos.com/indexing.

On the page you referenced, it gives these steps...

Open the Logos Applocation window.
Click into the "Command" box at the top of the window.
Enter the command: "Rebuild Index".

Is step 1 to start the program? The program never opens. It crashes before I can get in.

Please delete the following folder, then restart Logos 5:

C:\Users\Brian\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\voduuxfy.l0y\PersonalBookIndex
