Error message

I am both upgrading Logos 4 and updating to Logos 5.  My system is Windows 7.  I have gotten these two messages respectively:

Error writing to file   C:\Users\Walt\AppData\Local\Logos4\en-US\logos4exe.mui     Verify that you have access to that directory.

Error writing to file   C:\Users\Walt\AppData\Local\Logos4\System\AccountServices.Client.dll.  Verify that you have access to that directory.

What do I need to do to correct this problem?
