Can someone explain (or point me to a link that explains) what the procedure is for making feature requests for Logos?

My suggestion:If you have an idea, check User Voice to see if someone has already suggested the idea and then vote for it. If you don't find it there, put the request on the suggestions forum first and see if there is anyone who wants to support the idea, then create the User Voice suggestion there.
