Need help!

Hello,

I recently download L5 from L4 because I had consistent crash with reading view.

L5, however, seems wired and it is not supposed what I expected.

For example, when I use, "word study" in L4, I have greek and hebrew words that help me to define the meaning of word. L5, however, does not show up any greek and hebrew words.

Is anyone know what happen here?

When you say Word Study, do you mean Bible Word Study under the "Guides" menu??? Also, perhaps you might say how you accessed "word study" in Logos 4... It should be the same... Also, are you searching in English or Greek. Or, pehaps you are using the "right click" on a word in a Reverse Interlinear. Which Bible do you use?

There is no fundamental difference between the same tools or guides in Logos 4 and Logos 5. Please post screenshots to illustrate your issues
