I am trying to create a combined Table of Contents for the entire Early Church Fathers set, because I have no idea what all is in there without opening up every single volume each time. The best way I've come up with to do this so far is to go into each volume one by one, select the Table of Contents text from within the resource panel, right click on it and add it to a clippings document that I've created for the purpose (titled "Early Church Fathers TOC"). But as I have no way to make a TOC of my clippings document (see my other request about that here), I'm still left with having to scroll up and down through this document to see what's in my ECF books and perhaps find something interesting to read in them.
Ideally what I'd really liked to be able to do is create a document type called Table of Contents and drag bits and pieces of TOCs from various resources into it, and organize it all hierarchically to my heart's content the way you can do with Favorites. If this were integrated into the Favorites feature, that would be fine with me.
