CRASH on start up

Joseph Bainum

Went to the crash on startup page and did the 2 suggested fixes.

Used new Logos4 icon, and ran font test with no errors.

Still crashing on startup.

Never used forum before.

I'm not sure what page or fixes you tried. Did you try loading to a blank layout? Press and hold the command key immediately upon startup. Check appropriate box.

I'm not on my computer to read your logs right now... I was wondering, however, if there is a reason you have not updated to the free L5 engine. It is recommended for all users running 10.6 or better. You can find the download here: http://www.logos.com/installation

I took a look at your logs, but they were beyond my ability to assess. I would encourage you to update to L5 and see if that fixes the issue. Even if it does not, you will be able to post in the L5 forum, which is a metropolis compared to this ghost town. [;)]
