Reading Plans- Scrap them?

On of my biggest excitements about the iPhone version was the ability to keep up with my reading plans. I have reading plans for 4 different books, and I love not being tethered to a computer.

But the issue is that reading plans are nowhere near ready for primetime. They in fact, are an incredible pain to use because they simply duplicate themselves over and over again. So I vote for one of three options:

  1. Fix them so that readings can be marked off on the iPhone and the sync be completely successfully without reproducing the reading plan.
  2. Simply display them on the iPhone but don't let us check them off (thereby eliminating any iPhone->server syncronization which will eliminate the duplication process
  3. Just get rid of them until they're ready. Right now they just make the iPhone app look very poorly done (when it in fact is an amazing app) and serve to frustrate users.

Thanks for considering these options.

It seems like my reading plans have stopped reproducing themselves. Thank you

I have noticed the same thing.  I have multiple bible reading plans on my iPhone as well as on my desktop.  It was only my intention to have one.  Not sure how they duplicated but I would sure like to know how to delete them from computer and iPhone and start over.  I cannot find any way to edit or erase them!

Go to the File menu within L4 and right click on the duplicate reading plans, and then just select delete.
