searching for a Hebrew word combination

Dear all,
Is there somebody who could help me with a good overview of all the possibilities in Hebrew search. I would like to have a better insight in how to handle these searches. I was trying to find out how often the expression h:natan with the exact form h:yad occurs, so not beyad and all other combinations. I managed to get all the occurrences with a morphological search of natan and all the forms of yad, but they were so many (beyad included). Is there a way to get all the forms of natan in combination with the exact form yad? I also tried to use the operator BEFORE 2 WORDS but it did not work, just BEFORE and AFTER did. I am sure that Logos has very advanced search possibilities, but how can I learn to work with them. Is there good documentation (which is affordable)?
Thank you beforehand,
Piet

Try יָד WITHIN 2 WORDS lemma:נתן
which gives 18 results in Lexham Hebrew Bible.

Thank you all very much, I will try your different suggestions. Yesterday I did not have time to try all. I made some progress though. Is it the case that not all the operators work with different bibles/editions? I will come back to it later. But for the moment many thanks!

Hi Dave,
Thank you very much. I got four results in the Lexham Bible with:
יָד AFTER 1 WORDS lemma:נתן
And these were the results I needed.
