Update Resources taking forever.

So I told Logos to update resources on Friday and then I left my computer open to Logos all weekend. I didn't touch Logos while it was looking for an update until now. It's still not done. Is this normal? Is there any way I can expedite the process? None of my resources are available on my computer because my download while installing was interrupted.

That's not normal. I would shut down Logos, reboot your computer, and try to run Logos again. It should be able to pick up where it left of. If it doesn't, there's something you can do to reset the download process. I don't know about how to do it on the Mac, but if you're running Windows, you'll need to get into a command prompt (Start > cmd.exe) and then type: bitsadmin /reset . Then try Logos again.

I did as you said, and the download started anew on its own. I have no idea why that worked, but it did. (I had already restarted my laptop and then restarted logos before but there had been no change.)

Update resources won't resume an interrupted download. Rebooting the computer or restarting Logos is needed, even if you have to repeat it a couiple of times.
