Default Settings?

I'm wondering, and hoping, that there is an easy way to change some of the default settings in Proclaim. I also have some questions about accessing my Graceway Media account. For example...

service start time...default is 10:00AM but our service is 11:00AM
blank slides at the beginning and end of songs, or Bible
the search feature for backgrounds results in different options than when I search on the gracewaymedia,com site

You should be able to edit the service time directly -- just go to where it says "10 am" and change it to 11 am.

I'm not sure about the blank slides. Do you have extra blank lines in the context text boxes for Bible and song lyrics?

Proclaim uses a different search engine than GracewayMedia.com, so it's going to show results in a different order. And the databases are not live-synced, but updated occasionally.

As for the blank slides, yes, I learned what I should have seen before I asked the question....just include "--". However, is there a way to have a different background for the first slide?

This is a great idea, we will include a preference to automatically preserve this value in an upcoming release.

However, is there a way to have a different background for the first slide?

This is not supported. You would need to add a separate service item with the different background.
