Scott - I am sorry you are upset, but you aren't going to get anywhere with your attitude. I would love to help you, but you need to treat my time (and the rest of us volunteers) with more respect. Whatever the issue is, it may be completely unrelated to the update. I have not heard of many issues with the build. If you would like some help:

Please enable and post logs. See my signature line for more help with that.
Create a new thread, and explain the issue clearly. Consider it a mulligan. [;)] (I have no idea what the problem is from your post above).

Thats, the major problem with email/txt etc. no inflection.

Logs here, logs there, I don't need logs to tell me that Logos 5.1a SR-1 (5.1.1.0600) broke something that was working smoothly prior to it's installing itself.

But you did "beat around the bush" and the logs ARE "just the facts." The help us to understand what is going on better. I am only a quasi techie, and don't know if I can fix your problem or not. We will probably need a full fledged techie to jump in to the fray.

From the logs, it looks like perhaps there is an issue with community notes & Faithlife... particularly in the Easton’s Bible Dictionary. After all this, however, I still don't know what "IT" (your problem) is!

Is the problem that Logos opens to a blank layout?
Is the issue that the sync wheel "spins and spins"? If so, does it spin continuously, non stop?
Is the issue that you have to use Force Quit to close the app?

I assume the issue is the latter, but it wasn't made clear in either of your posts. The third issue is one that a number of users have had difficulties with... but going back several builds, and long before 5.1a SR-1. Remember, just because another issue experiences a similar symptom, doesn't mean it is the same issue. I am running this build without issue.

Have you tried loading to a blank layout, and building a new one from scratch? I think the issue will turn out to be a file that you need to delete, but I will wait for someone to advise before I have you tinker.
