I tried using Proclaim during a rehearsal to show it off to my music director. I chose to use with watermarks as it first opened. After I pressed on air, it continued to ask me to purchase an on air license. There is no choice to say use with watermarks on this screen. Everywhere I read I say that I can use it with watermarks to test. This is broken. Everyone at customer service was less than helpful. I'm concerned that if basic functionality is broken, that it's not ready for prime time and volunteers who are less than computer savvy. Please help.
