Logos,
Logos 5 is pretty consistently crashing when it tries to update resources. Here are my log files.

The error file contains crash info** for 0935 on the 17th but the detailed log files (logos.log & indexer.log) are not informative so you will need to regenerate them; reading carefully the instructions at https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/problem. You need to save them after the download completes as well as after the crash.

Dave,
I have followed those instructions, installed the app, created the logs by archiving, and attached them to my post. The only realistic way to post logs before the crash would be to know that Logos was going to crash, which I didn't. At this point, this is all I can do to help out.

I was hoping to get a consistent set of logs time-wise because the logos.log shows info some 9 hours before the crash in the error log! I think you should contact Technical Support.
Thanks for your concern and help on this. What I am doing when I receive a crash is immediately create archive logs. I don't create any logs prior to it, only afterwards. I use the special log app that Logos asks us to use. I was assuming Logos monitored these forums to collect information to help fix these problems. If not, I can contact technical support directly. I'm just trying to do my part to help what seems to be consistent crashing issue when trying to shut down and restart Logos, especially when resources are trying to be installed.

Understand, but they need the sort of info that I was after. So this will best be resolved interactively with Logos Support.
