scanning for missing books

I the downloaded the upgrade to version 4 and everything seems to run fine. But one important book is missing (the Bauer Greek-English Lexicon, BDAG).. This is a book I purchased separately. Strangely, other books that I purchased separately are found in version 4.

I tried using the "scan" command with the path where the version 3 resources are and it found some new resources (I don't know which), but the BDAG lexicon is still not found by version 4.

What is the next step?

Did you ensure that your licenses were synchronized in L3? If not, open it up and do that under Tools - Library Management. That will ensure that your licenses is on the Logos server. Then close and reopen L4 have to wait a few minutes and it should pick it up. If not, use "Update Resources" command.

If your licenses were sync'ed try the "Update Resources" command.

I forgot to mention, I did try the update resources command before I tried the scan command. That picked up a few missing resources, but not this one, which is one of the books I use every day.

Ensure that you can open BDAG in L3.

If yes to both of the above, let me point out that update now and update resources are distinct commands. Chris was referring to the latter.

The only thing I can say at this point is that there's a problem with the database for you on the Logos servers. I think you'll need to contact Logos tech support to get this resolved.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have often found these forums to resolve my problems quickly. I guess I will contact Logos support on Monday.
