Visual Filters

I have created 2 visual filters. One for verbs and the other for pronouns. Both work wonderfully in all of my English bibles EXCEPT for ESV. Wouldn't you know it- that is my preferred translation for study and preaching. Can someone let me know if there is a particular problem with ESV in Logos 5 on Windows? Thanks!

Those should both work. I tested them with the ESV and they worked fine for me. Make sure those two visual filters are checked in you open ESV

Click the Visual Filter dropdown (circled in red below)

The Visual Filters are listed toward the bottom of the list

Some ideas:

I think there was (or to some extent still is?) a problem with updating the most preferred bible - this could materialize in problems like you decribe. Maybe you can share the resource info for ESV and ESV RI from the resource info, so others can see if it's current? Alternatively you may de-prioritize it and try the command "update resources" to make sure you have the latest files.

Even if current, the resource could be corrupt. Hiding it, restarting Logos and unhiding it with again restarting will force a re-download of the resource from the Logos server.
