Hi, my name is Tim Choi, using Logos 5 but somehow I can't open the logos 5.
I don't even know what's going on.

First, your software is out of date. Since you can't open Logos, try downloading the engine and installing it manually. You can find the link here: https://www.logos.com/installation
If that doesn't fix your issue, please post new logs.

It also looks like you have a corrupt local database file (which upgrading the software will not fix). Please delete the following file and restart Logos 5:
/Users/kyungseokchoi/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/rwf7yxhc.ty2/LibraryCatalog/catalog.db
