is there a way to find specific verses

When using Strongs to find out how a word was translated, It will give a list of number of times and how it was translated. Is there a way to find out where the texts are found ? Thanks, Denny

Yes there is, but the easiest way to do it is directly from a reverse interlinear or an interlinear. I'm assuming you get to Strongs from a text you are studying. Right-click on the word you want to study and choose "Greek Strongs" from the right column of the pop-up. Now instead of choosing "Strongs" or "Enhanced Strongs" from the left side of the pop-up choose "Search this resource." That will search in the Bible you are using and list all the verses with that Strongs number.
Or, if you can remember it, or want to save it somewhere, you can use this search string and search any Bible tagged with Strongs numbers (including reverse interlinears and regular interlinears): <GreekStrongs = Strong’s Greek #1577> (that will search for #1577, just replace 1577 with the Strongs number you want to search.)

Alternative idea is right click on a word, click lemma, then click Bible Word Study.
Translation ring shows lemma translations. Clicking a segment shows verse(s).

Peace, Richard! *smile* That is truly a great "tip"! I'm sure it will benefit many, many Logos users! Thank you!Richard DeRuiter said:Denny Femrite said:When using Strongs to find out how a word was translated, It will give a list of number of times and how it was translated. Philippians 4: 4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand..........
