I notice that a huge amount of my cpu is used up alot of the time Logos 4 Mac Alpha (8) is running by the application or process MDS.
I know mds is something to do with spotlight so I have checked and it seems the little magnifying glass for spotlight seems to say nothing about indexing. There is no logos icon in the title bar so it isnt indexing yet it seems consistanly that the mds app runs for spotlight when logos is open and i have never noticed this with another application.
Is it possible that spotlight indexes the content of logos 4 I know Logos 4 indexes itself but this is outside of Logos 4.
It doesnt do it all the time but regularly and it seems to not be a once only thing after a logos update.
I know this is an OSX thing (10.6.2 on my system) just seems curious that it tends to only happen when logos is running at random times and sure kills performance the fans go nuts and the heat goes up.
Maybe others have noticed this (you need to pop open activity monitor to see this or like me run the free iStat menu pro app that runs in the menu bar and displays things like cpu usagae and temp etc)
