I purchased the Piper's Manuscript Library and I can't unlock it in 3.0g.
Give us an idea of what you're trying to do. (How you're trying to do it etc)
I made an attempt to load Piper's Library by cd in account manager in Logos 3.0. It would not give the page to load the serial number but you could see it in the library as being locked.
I finally got it to load the serial number by installing it a desktop that is only running 3.0. My main desktop is running both L4 and L3.

For some reason, I could not load it on my desktop with L4 and L3 combine. I have a spare pc with L3 only. Once the license was updated on the solo machine, L4 picked it up.
