I can't make sense of the crash log but the logos.log is complaining about:

ResourceManager Resource of type WordSenses could not be found ...WordSenses.lbswsd with ID DB:WORD-SENSES and version 2013-02-22T18:08:21Z

This seems to be an old version.

I suggest you contact Logos Support for further diagnosis.

The crash log is pointing to a network error when downloading the web resource section definitions. See what happens when you run Logos offline (hold CTRL when starting Logos, and keep CTRL down until prompted to work offline).

It's possible (though I would guess unlikely) that the download error could be causing the missing resource that Dave refers to.

It works offline. Thanks Mark! Logos, any ideas?

I'm guessing again, but have you tried re-entering your username and password (as before, by holding CTRL when you load Logos).

My best guess would be that your C:\Users\Michael\AppData\Local\Logos5\System\appSettings.config file is out-of-date. Please delete this file (from Windows Explorer), then go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and Repair Logos 5; this should replace the missing file.
