What is the best logos book (in your opinion) on the attributes of God?

Job has some truly profound insights to share. It isn't complete, but it is a great starting point. It doesn't hurt that it may have actually been written before Moses completed the Tohraah. The point I made in another thread about adopting YHWH's perspective if someone wishes to understand prophecy and Scripture in general...that's one of the major themes of Job. In the end, Job's perspective was utterly irrelevant, though he did personally get something important from the experience.

Tozer's Attributes of God is somewhat mystical, but nonetheless very good. His Knowledge of the Holy isn't in Logos, unfortunately. Stephen Charnock is something of a classic, of course. MacArthur's God: Coming Face to Face with His Majesty is typical MacArthur fare - solid, but sometimes a little stodgy. Pink On the Nature of God is similar.
You also have a number of excellent chapters in Systematic Theologies, too.

Frame's Doctrine of God is well-thought of. I don't own it but it has gotten high marks, including an EPCA Gold Medallion in 2003. It is massive, like Charnock. Unfortunately in Logos it is only available in a collection.

Apparently The Attributes of a God is a licensing issue. The Wordsearch Tozer collection doesn't include it either.

Christian Theology by Millard Erickson has some very good chapters on the nature of God.
