Question on the use of the "Information" Tool

Could someone tell  me or help me understand why I am not seeing the pronunciation of a greek word when I hover over the word inside of a translation.  I can not for the life of me understand why that one minute the pronunciation appears and the next not.  Can you help?

Could someone tell  me or help me understand why I am not seeing the pronunciation of a greek word when I hover over the word inside of a translation.

It may be that you are sometimes hovering over a word which appears in the English translation but is not present in the Greek - see example below:

If it is not that, please provide some more details - which words in which verse in which translation.

If you can provide a screenshot that would be great.
