If you purchased the Classic Commentary Bundle this Minor Prophets Collection is included. There is no need to keep a Pre-Pub order in place for it. If you do, you will be calling Customer Service later asking for a refund.
Did you buy the Bundle? People who already own a resource often gets it before those who haven't yet payed for it.
