Logos Bronze Package - Stuck - Help!!

Hi all,

First off, I am extremely grateful for all the guidance and support I have received from this forum. A big thank you to all who take the effort to help me out...

On that note, I just purchased a bronze package and have been trying to download it over the last 3 days and it always gets stuck. I don't know whether it is a Mac Issue or a Logos issue. The little pop up screen used to say.... downloading 6% of 5.08 GB and then it got stuck.... Now it says .... downloading 0% of 4.62 GB and is stuck again....

Can someone please advice...??

I don't think I am going to be able to be much of a help on this one, sorry! [:s]

It wouldn't hurt for you to post some logs. See my signature line for help with that. Also, can you tell us about your internet connection? Are you using wifi? What router do you have? Do you have any firewalls? Have you run a speed check? Do you know if you are being throttled by your ISP?

I am not a Mac user, so where your user files are located is a mystery to me, but in the past clearing the Update Manager folder seemed to be needed, then to re-trigger a fresh install. On a Windows machine the location is: C:\Users\{User name}\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\{random string}\UpdateManager
