TOday I searched for two words in Hebrew. For some reason in the ESV the marking didn''t line up with the Hebrew words.
Wondering if that is a bug. Anyone else has the same issue?

This is typical of a situation where indexing is not finished. Did you let indexing complete after the recent roll-out of updated materials?
If you did let indexing complete try running the command rebuild Bible index, let it complete, and report back.
Before you do that, make sure you truly got all the downloads. I believe some resources were corrected almost immediately.
