We forum regulars are spending a lot of time answering the same questions over and over. It would be good if there were a brief notice at the top of the forums main page that said "Before you post here, your question might already be answered on the wiki" with a link to the FAQ there. I think it will be easier for people to find answers to their questions on the wiki than searching the forums. Evidently people are not doing the latter or aren't finding what they're looking for.
We wiki editors also need to get our act in gear and finish making the FAQ a really useful place to find answers to all the common questions we've been answering over and over here, so that such a link would be very rewarding for people.
