Logos won't open

Logos will not load for me at all. After I double click the icon, the Logos window will pop up, but after a few seconds, it will just disappear with nothing happening. It doesn't open to the home page, and it doesn't report as crashing. I tried holding the control key, but that produces the same results. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and everything went smoothly there, but the same error continues to happen. I have the error logging on, but nothing is reported because the program doesn't launch.

If you look in your documents folder, you should find the log. If you upload that here, we should be able to work out the problem. See 'How to Ask for Help' below, if you need more information.

thanks for the quick response, but there is no log to report. I know where the logs are kept, and I have reports from previous instances, but there is nothing being reported for the current problem. The only information being gathered is from this basic log that I attached88404.Logos.log.

The most recent report is from several days ago, but I've used the program since then. Here it is anyway: 0005.Logos4Error.log

The last time I saw a log like this one (http://community.logos.com/forums/t/74777.aspx), it was caused by a conflict with AMD video drivers.

I recommend calling our tech support number; they should be able to help you resolve this problem.

Alternatively, you can try updating your video drivers to the latest from AMD (if you do have an AMD Radeon or similar video card).
