Dynamic Pricing

Is it possible to determine what books are being purchased using Dynamic Pricing on a set? For example, I look at the NAC and see a price of 37.50. I assume I am not getting the whole set - but one or two volumes via dynamic pricing. Is it possible to determine which volumes I am getting?

Shouldn't you look at what is in the bundle compared with what you have in your library? You would then be purchasing the volumes that you do not already own.

Use another web browser (I.e. Chrome or Firefox). Make sure you are NOT logged in on the second browser.

The tedious way I use is to copy & paste each title into the search box and see if it is greyed out for me.

The quick answer is 'no'. If Logos could provide this service, I would certainly be more likely to buy titles.

At one point this would work, but very tedious with a 40 volume set like the NAC. I assumed that LOGOS would have that information handy, but at least not on-line. I wonder if a phone call would get me what I need?

They are able to calculate a price, so I assume that the information must be somewhere.

I'm with Jack here: Dynamic Pricing means, you have the whole bundle afterwards. In other words, you get all minus what you own already.

Close, but semantically wrong. With dynamic pricing, you LOSE all of your old resources (that are in the new package), and you gain ALL of the ones in the new package. The important distinction here is that once you purchase the upgrade via dynamic pricing, you lose the ability to sell of some chunks later. You'd have to sell the entire package.

Alabama24 is correct. This is in fact what's happening, or how Logos is crafting this transaction.

I wish this could be made clear to purchasers in an unobtrusive, non-legalese way, 'coz the question has arisen before.
