I classify my commentaries into collections. On the passage guide, I delete the Commentary section and add four collections that are the commentary collections. It would help if the header for each collection showed the collection name.

In my beta they do. That problem that you are describing is a hold-over from earlier betas before the "final release"...that's weird.
I could have sworn I saw it working the way you want it in one of John Fidel's or Mark Barnes's videos, but I'm not going to go playing them all back again now to find it. Maybe that's an improvement they've put into 4.0a. You're still using SR7, right?
