Trying to activate Logos for some of my Colleagues that I helped to install, it did not work from my end. I tried to write customercare@logos.com or support@logos.com but no reply. Please who can help me with a responding email or solution to this problem?
Each user must use his or her own email address and the password that they chose when they signed up. You need to be connected to the internet to do this.
Please I used the Users Email Address and Password and not mine. The fact is that the Software acknowledged that if it does not work, I should try to write customercare.com with the License Key(I mean the Serial Number or Product Key) to activate which I have done but no reply.
Please what I need now is the direct email address that can respond immediately which is not answering machines.
Pls help!
