Can't edit newsletter on Faithlife

Hi All,

Tonight I thought I would create a newsletter for my group. I was able to create one without any problems. I saved it. Then later I went back to edit it and I couldn't. It keep creating a new newsletter instead. I can see the newsletter in the newsletter list, but I can't go back and edit it.

Any suggestions, insight, or help is appreciated.

The issue should be fixed now. To test, let me know if this works for you:

Edit your DRAFT newsletter:

And then "Save Draft":

Then preview the newsletter to make sure your changes were saved:

I couldn't edit my original newsletter. My first newsletter still gives me the same behavior, but I created a new one, put in some text, "save draft" and I was able to go back in and edit later. Seems like it is fixed. Thanks!

How do you activate the newsletter? I am not seeing the widget in the sidebar.

Once a newsletter is published, it cannot be edited.

Newsletters become visible to the group and sent out via email when you click "Send" from the Newsletter Editor.

That's the thing...I never published it. I had started working on it, then saved the draft. When I went to edit it again, it seemed to create a new newsletter. I thought I might be able to pull off the info I had in it (after logos got the issue resolved), but no go. It still shows up and has an "edit" button, but I can't.

Should be in the header. It might be towards the end, and require you to click on the drop-down arrow (pictured). That's where I found mine.
