BUG: Minimize upon open 5.1b SR-1 (Mac OSX 10.8.5)

My iMac installation of Logos has formed a nasty habit recently of minimizing itself upon opening. When Logos starts, it appears that nothing happens. Clicking on the icon in the dock will open the app to full screen.

    I can't say if these relate to the issue, but where does the 258 come from?  Available screens -1920?

    What sets windows placement preferences ?  Launch after using Full Screen is small:
