The screen shot on the Passage Guide is very small. It only shows the Passage Guide Heading and 2 small arrows. How do I enlarge what's showing so I can see all of the data that is to be displayed?

I'm not sure what I mean, and your use of the term "screen shot" seems inappropriate. A "screen shot" is kind of like a photograph of your screen, but taken with software rather than a camera. I will post an example below.
It might help if you were to actually provide a screen shot. You can either use your OS provided capabilities for screen shots, or download a free program like JING.

I'm wondering if you mean that you can't see much of the Passage Guide with your layout. In that case, you may want to open the Passage Guide in a separate window. If the Passage Guide tab is active (with a blue bar on the top), you can press Control + the F11 key to open it in a separate window.
