Problems with downloading books on new nook

Hi everyone,
I have rooted my nook and put the Logos app on it. But now it does not seem te be able to download bigger books (like a bible). It only works with short ebooks from vyrso.
While there is still enough space on my micro sd and in earlier days I had my NRSV downloaded on my ereader.

Unfortunately we cannot support rooted and/or modified devices.

When you stated, new nook, it's too vague. Both my wife and I have Nook HD+ apiece, and we have not had any issues whatsoever with Logos, Vryso or Faithlife.
