Logos 5 Crash on Macbook Pro

So, I have attached a file (first time I received this) but Logos continually crashes for no apparent reason. Hopefully the report will help someone figure this out, it is most aggravating. God bless and thank you!

Would like to look at Logos diagnostic files => http://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/problem
Other option is contacting Logos => http://www.logos.com/contact
