Change from computer to the cloud

I started to test presentation using the initial setting of on my computer only now that the presentation is done can I change it to be on the cloud. in the presentation I included two PowerPoint presentations and they appear in the program but not on my iPad am my doing something wrong?

Are you not seeing the presentations at all, or just the PowerPoint portions of them?

If you've selected "Shell out to PowerPoint" when you added those they will not be available on an iPad. They are local to that computer only.
