I want to give a base product to another person...

I want to purchase a copy of the L4 bible study for a friend. How the heck to I do that??? Everything i do is keyed against my account. Has anyone on the forums done this before? And yes, I know that I can wait until Monday and call a sales rep, but that is Monday! Anyone have Bob's home number so I can call and ask him? Wink

What about signing up with on his name and using your card in the payment, than deleting your card if you do not wnat him to be able to purchase some other things with your card [:)]

But there should be a better way. Maybe somebody else will advice you.

No problem. I did that last year for a friend of mine (sent him a living Christmas tree this year). Order it under your account; install it on his machine and register it under his name (create an account for him).

I would imagine the base collection would come on a CD (or DVD) and still need an initial registration. I'm not sure how one would handle individual resources unless it would be by ordering the CD. I also ordered some of the scientific stuff for him since he's an electrical engineer (Naval Academy grad) and thinks in scientific terms. They were on CDs and I simply changed my address to his so they shipped to him.

Precisely my thought, but unfortunately it didn't occur to me until after I pushed the submit button [:D]

Well, my friend will have to wait until Monday when customer service can straighten me out.
