Does anyone have their free $20 Faithlife credit?

A little while ago, Logos was offering users a free $20 of credit for filling out their Faithlife user profiles, I thought this was due in September but we are now in October. Can anyone tell me if they have received their credit yet? If not what's happening?

Yes I have and many, if not most have. Logos had some technical difficulties with this. What I ended up doing is contacting them directly to ask for help. I emailed Ray Deck at ray dot deck at Logos dot com. I hope you get it sorted out soon.
