Can someone who read the book explains the relevance and usefulness of this book? especially if you own already Waltke and O'Connor, An Introduction to Biblical Hebrew Syntax

thanks

I have not read the book but according to a Hebrew webinar by John Fallahee of Learn Logos.com he says that Dr. Barrick's book is a supplement resource to  Waltke and O'Connor in that he adds additional material or will clarify certain things in Waltke and O'Connor. John recommends studying them side by side for the best benefit. Hope this helps even if it is second hand knowledge. Hopefully someone who has used both the books will chime in.
