"Synchronization in Progress" with no end in sight!!

Logos will begin to Synchronize (indicated by the spinning arrows in the top right corner) and it will continue this process for the entire time I am using the program unless I quit the program and reopen it. At the point that I reopen the program it will initially Sync and then after about 15 min of use the "Synchronization in Progress" will begin and continue until I quit the program again.

My info: Logos 5 on a 2012 Macbook Pro Retina (SSD). Internet connection is a Fiber Optic Line with a very reliable fast connection (the test speeds are generally around 40mbs).

2 Questions: How can I correct the problem? Or how can I temporarily stop the Sync?

My guess is that something is wrong with your account or installation… but I don't know what. It might be helpful for the techies to see logs. Please enable and post logs. See my signature line for more info.
