Mac 'This resource is no longer available'

Can anyone help – I have lost, well, at least two resources Calvin commentaries series and Lange series (it might be over 100 resources). The message below shows on both but the button is greyed out so you can't use it. I am on the latest version of Logos 5 (I had to get it as it crashed when I asked to install it)

Actually its gone even further – the system thinks I am still on the scholar editon and I upgraded to Bronze. Is there a server problem at Logos?

Your best bet would be to call Logos. It looks like something went awry with your account.
